Brookwood in Northeast Colorado Springs

Secret Hideway in the Heart of the City

There is a beautiful secret neighborhood at the southeast corner of Woodmen Road and Academy Blvd.

The neighborhood is called Brookwood. Still a part of Academy District 20 school district, the neighborhood feels like a secret hideaway nestled within the bustling city.

Bounded by Academy Blvd. on the west, Cottonwood Creek on the south, and Woodmen Road on the north, there is only one way in or out of the neighborhood.

The lot sizes range between about 1/4 acre to just over 1 acre.

The neighborhood is quiet, secluded and very private. The large mature trees help the area feel like you are anywhere but right in the middle of Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is central to everything in Briargate but also has easy access to I-25. You can also cross over Academy Blvd. to gain easy access to Pulpit Rock.
