This area is known as Fountain Valley in the Pikes Peak Association of Realtor’s MLS system. Fountain Valley is in the south eastern part of the Colorado Springs metro area to the west of Fort Carson and south of Mesa Ridge Parkway.
Because Fountain is close to Fort Carson, there are a high number of military personnel in the community.
