Meadow Ridge Neighborhood in Briargate

I spent some time in the Meadow Ridge in Briargate in the few weeks.

Located east of  Rangewood Drive north of Meadow Ridge Drive and south of Research Parkway, the neighborhood has two parks and walking trails throughout the neighborhood.

The neighborhood has values between $150,000 and $300,000 in the past 6 months (November 2010 – May 2010).

Since it is in Briargate, the neighborhood is a part of Academy District 20 school district.

Academy District 20 Schools:

Elementary School – Frontier

Middle School – Timberview

High School – Liberty

There are two parks in the area. Candlewood Park on the eastern edge of the neighborhood and a neighborhood park connected to the walking trails between Boxelder and Flax Court.

This is a centralized northern neighborhood close to Chapel Hills Mall and the Shops at Briargate.

The neighborhood is also close to Compassion International and Focus on the Family.

Single Family Residence Prices:

In the past 6 months (from May 2010) there have been 8 sales in the neighborhood.

Average Sold Price: $214,425 Average Size: 2232 finished square feet

The sold prices ranged between $165,000 for a foreclosure property and $275,000.

There are currently 11 active listings.

Average List Price: $252,381 Average Size: 2356 finished square feet
